Appstore Review
"Applied for a Cogni account on my phone, took me 3 minutes… they’re updating the app frequently BASED ON USER FEEDBACK!! 👏 it’s super easy to use and it doesn’t use complicated language to confuse you .... Also, I just ❤️ the Single Use card feature. Looking forward to more awesome features!"
Research
Engage in comprehensive user research by conducting interviews, surveys, as well as competitor/market research to gain key insights that drive product market fit & areas for improvement
Wireframing & Prototyping
After creating the design system and UI component library, we did 2 week iterative design sprints to ship new high fidelity prototypes. When developers were busy, I took initiative on concept ideation and lower fidelity mock ups.
Testing
Relied on a variety of usabilty testing methods to validate our decisions including firebase analytics, interviews with power users & non registered users along with other forms of A/B tests to identify pain points. We constantly iterative design improvements based on findings.
Repeat.
